Your school math culture is great, but you can make it even better. Get actionable touchpoints for supporting all of your math stakeholders and develop a high-quality math culture for all of your students at the Math Principal Institute.
The Math Principal Institute (MPI) Conference will provide principals, assistant principals, curriculum and instruction directors, and other school or district leaders with actionable touchpoints on how to support their math stakeholders in more productive ways. It will raise leaders’ confidence in math as they develop their depth of knowledge around high-quality teaching and learning to increase a positive math culture in their classrooms and schools.

Leaders will explore the impact of what a positive math culture can have on their students, parents, and math educators. They will identify specific mindsets and practices that embody a leader committed to actively supporting their math department. Throughout the sessions, participants will reflect on, and commit to, specific "Principal Actions" that will certify them to transform their math department.
Leaders leave the Math Principal Institute with personalized tools, strategies, and a framework on how to set up their school year by creating a strategic design for their math department. The MPI Conference is designed for leaders without a formal math background, and for those that have one too.
